3. Digital Companion Apps & Additional Functionality

"As-Is" Delivery: While we strive to provide a smooth experience, the digital services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Data Losses: For tools operating without saved profiles, data is held transiently in your active browser cache. We are not responsible or legally liable if a browser refresh, incoming call, device crash, or connectivity interruption resets your active game scores.

Account Security: If you create an account on our platform, you are entirely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@harthgames.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

Device Damage: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are only liable for damage to your digital content or device if it is proven that the fault occurred due to a direct lack of "reasonable care and skill" on our part. We accept no liability for device crashes caused by third-party web browsers or hardware limitations.
